Job Description: AI/ML Engineer, 3+ Years Experience Position: AI/ML Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida / On-site Company: Tycho Technologies About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, practical experience with modern ML frameworks, and exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models. Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications. Develop solutions using RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs. Work on NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or related AI use cases. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization. Build scalable AI APIs and integrate ML models with web and mobile applications. Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and business teams to convert requirements into practical AI solutions. Maintain clean, reusable, documented, and production-ready code. Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and model evaluation. Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks. Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or similar. Experience integrating APIs from leading LLM providers. Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, databases, and cloud environments. Good understanding of AI model deployment and production workflows. Preferred Skills Experience with AI agents, fine-tuning, MLOps, multimodal AI, computer vision, cloud AI services, and production-scale AI applications will be an advantage.
